UL benchmarks use a component called SystemInfo to identify the hardware in your system. This patch updates SystemInfo to version 5.70.

Updated GPU detection module to improve compatibility with latest hardware.
Updated CPUID module to improve compatibility with latest hardware
CPU load monitoring data in benchmarks that show it (PCMark 10, UL Procyon) is now based on CPU Utilization metric instead. Monitoring graphs are not fully comparable between results obtained with prior versions of SystemInfo.
