Update notes via Steam Community

SteamDB has updated the BBCode parser, report issues in Discord if some notes look very wrong compared to Steam community.

Balancing:
Increased drones price
Increased paths size
Decreased chance of getting gold from meteors

Bug fixes:
Drones place appearing with insufficient gold
Shoot rate decrease when lost buff.
