We believe we fixed all the dialogue looping NPCs in the last update we made a few days ago BUT we wanted to be sure it wouldn't happen again in case we missed one.
The bug itself was also a really annoying thing to happen to someone if they did not save recently as the restart required would cause loss of progress, which we do recognize as being incredibly frustrating and do sincerely apologize if you were affected.
In this update, we added an extra check in the code that should prevent any looping from being possible at all, which was inspired by one of the comments we received in these forums.
This update also has a bonus effect of not bringing up dialogues if the NPC has a charm window open.
