New feature:

Higher resolutions up to 3840 x 2160 are available now! The resolution can be changed in the game options.

Bug fixes:

The wrong message appeared when trying to upgrade a building and there were insufficient resources. The correct message appears now.
The building tooltip and faction relations tooltip were showing up in the wrong positions in certain screen resolutions. The tooltips now appear correctly in all resolutions.
The messages above the speedometer were appearing in the wrong location in certain screen resolutions. The messages now appe3ar correctly in all resolutions.
