Update notes via Steam Community

SteamDB has updated the BBCode parser, report issues in Discord if some notes look very wrong compared to Steam community.

Modification of keyboard keys.
Fixed player collisions affecting aiming.
Fixed Player spawn bug.
Implementation of monster spawn/Despawn/Respawn (in progress).
various fixes.
