Changelog:
-The build queue cancel button now cancels the build queue of all selected shipyards instead of just the displayed shipyard.
-Cancelling build queues no longer messes up unit cap counts.
-Rebalanced shield research costs in favor of base defense and fixed incorrect Science Research Facility research costs for AI players.
