Elf Kicker update for 20 February 2024

Patch 1.1 updates-
Added level selection option for upcoming DLC. You can now select levels 1-30 or a DLC levels pack.
Added small graphical update in extras menu to make links and text bigger on screen.
Added way to support in extras menu and on end of game menu.
Added correct level name for one level which was displaying wrong level number during preview.
