Balancing Adjustments:

Lunar New Year Firecrackers now detonate at a slightly faster speed.
The warning radius of Lunar New Year Firecrackers now grows at a much slower speed.

Bug Fixes:

Snail Pulse now properly drops a heal pickup upon being destroyed again.
Decorative fireworks are no longer affected by demo playback speed.
