Fixed a few things I noticed last community night aka Ladys Night.
Wanted to get this out to address the scope issue and ELM issue.

Still working on Flybys spent the day today failing on that.

Character Select Still has some bugs, working on it.

• Fixed typo in hint on casual game custom server name.
  
• Fixed chin strap in scope.
  
• Fixed ELM saying draw on win.
  
• Random Code for lobby map selection reworked. Should work much better now.
