- Added scripting methods coin.reset_password and general.reset_ctf_password

- The banking address is hidden in the social engineering option "I know it was you" if the streamer mode is enabled.

- Fixed regression bug in the Browser when registering a CTF account, causing the registration to not be completed correctly and preventing access to the CTF management panel until the player restarted the game.
