Absolute docking shortcut: Click inside a browser window, and press Ctrl+UP/CTRL+Down/Ctrl+left/Ctrl+Right to dock to appropriate zone

Ctrl+UP - docks outside the layout to the top
Ctrl+Down - docks outside the layout to the bottom
Ctrl+Right - docks outside the layout to the right
Ctrl+Left - docks outside the layout to the left
