Fix SteamVR Index controllers bindings UI crash when trying to edit custom bindings
Fix some crashes when trying to exit the game
Fix 'stuck on recenter' bug
Fix hand orientation bug when using Meta compatibility mode
Added an option for Index controllers in the settings menu to swap the functionality of the trigger and grip buttons during combat
