[Gideon]

Dev Comments
The duration of the Dimensional Rift summoned by Gideon has been adjusted. This will allow allies to use it more comfortably for teamwork. This change will be helpful for tactical repositioning in combat as well as strategic teamwork.
*Allies will also be able to use the Dimensional Rift by jumping in front of it.


[Maco]

Dev Comments
Maco's survival skill was too effective, which made it very difficult for enemies to go after him. The cooldown on this skill has been adjusted to give enemies a fair shot.

Dev Comments
Rampage, Aurora, and Sevarog have had their base damage adjusted to emphasize a defensive rather than offensive Tank role. As a result of this change, we expect that Tanks will be better able to defend against enemies and provide support to their team. It is also expected that Rangers and Casters will be able to engage in more daring fights because they will have more confidence in their Tanks.


[Belica]



1. Paralyzing Shot (R-Skill)

Dev Comments
Belica's Ultimate, Paralyzing Shot (R-Skill), has demonstrated a damage output in lane fights that has overwhelmed all other Caster heroes. As a result, the Paralyzing Shot's Magical Power Coefficient has been adjusted. This should lessen its overwhelming effect on opponents. This change should allow other Caster heroes to better counter Belica.


[Shinbi]



1. Call of the Goddess (R-Skill)

Dev Comments
Shinbi's Call of the Goddess (R-Skill) could easily stack Wolf Qi and deal high damage. This allowed it to inflict significant, unstoppable damage on all heroes from mid-game onward. As a result, the damage output, range, and duration of the skill's Wolf Qi stack have been adjusted. We expect that these changes will alleviate some of the difficulty that ranged heroes have faced in countering Shinbi.


[Wraith]



1. Zero Flag (RMB-Skill)

Dev Comments
Wraith only has one main attack skill. Therefore, missing this skill was too risky. As a result, the difficulty of hitting targets with Zero Flag (RMB-Skill) has been slightly reduced. The attack range of Space Distortion (E-Skill) has also been adjusted to allow for more aggressive use. We expect that these changes will allow Wraith to hit enemies more reliably and will increase the variety of gameplay.

[Secret Assassination Technique]

Dev Comments
The price has been adjusted to allow Jungle heroes to purchase Secret Assassination Technique more quickly. This is intended to create more variability in lane gank with Stealth and to provide more variety in strategic choices.


[Blood Offering]

Dev Comments
The intent of the Blood Offering was for heroes with fast T-on killing abilities (such as The Fey, Shinbi, and Countess) to purchase it as their first item and use its effects to sneak up on other lanes. However, it was difficult to use as intended due to its high price compared to other Magical Power items. As a result, the price has been adjusted to allow certain heroes to purchase the item quickly and make effective use of its effects.


[Greatsword of the Hurricane]



1. Price adjusted
Before: 2,750 Gold
Now: 2,600 Gold

Dev Comments
Greatsword of the Hurricane's activation requirements were too strict, making it difficult for most heroes to use effectively. The Gold value of its stats has been adjusted to make the item more appealing given its complex conditions. It is expected that this change will help a variety of heroes make more effective use of the item.


[Shockwave Generator]



1. Price adjusted

Now: 2,700 Gold

2. Effect adjusted
Before: When Health is 30% or lower, deals 200 Magical Damage to all nearby enemies and Stuns for 2 sec. (Cooldown:100 sec)
Now: When Health is 30% or lower, deals 150 Magical Damage to all nearby enemies and Stuns for 2 sec. (Cooldown:120 sec)

Dev Comments
Shockwave Generator's damage will be adjusted to be more in line with its ability to Stun enemies. Additionally, both the Cooldown and price will be adjusted to better balance the usability of the item due to its excessive impact on the game. These adjustments are expected to somewhat mitigate the aggressive aspect of Tanks.


[Setricta Mask]

Before: Deals 12 Magical Damage to nearby enemies per sec.
Now: Deals 10 Magical Damage to nearby enemies per sec.

The damage of its sub-item, Setricta Mask, will be adjusted to ensure that Ximmia's Toy is only effective when combined.


[Ximmia's Toy]



1. Effect adjusted
Before: Deals 6 + 1% of Max Health as Magical Damage every sec to all nearby enemies. Damage is increased by 25% for T-ons and by 100% for monsters.
Now: Deals 10 + 0.8% of Max Health as Magical Damage every sec to all nearby enemies. Damage is increased by 25% for T-ons and by 100% for monsters.

Dev Comments
It has been observed that certain heroes (Sevarog, Rampage, and Boris) who rely on pure Health stats can cause excessive damage to Ranger and Caster heroes with Ximmia's Toy late game. As a result, damage output will be adjusted. To better impact Tanks over the course of the game, the Base Damage output will be increased, while the damage output in proportion to Max Health will be reduced.


[Mutant Po]



1. Effect adjusted
Before: A successful Basic Attack on an enemy gains 1 stack of Po's Power. (1.5 sec) The effect can be stacked. A successful Skill Attack on an enemy during a max stacked Po's Power deals Bonus Magical Damage equal to 150 + 50% of Magical Power.
Now: A successful Basic Attack on an enemy gains 1 stack of Po's Power. (1.5 sec) The effect can be stacked. A successful Skill Attack on an enemy during a max stacked Po's Power deals Bonus Magical Damage equal to 100 + 75% of Magical Power.

Dev Comments
Mutant Po has become an essential item for certain Tank heroes (Sevarog and Steel) due to its aggressive nature. To give these Tanks more build options, the damage of the item will be reduced. At the same time, the Magical Power Coefficient will be increased. This change is expected to improve synergy for certain heroes (Dekker, Kwang, and Riktor) who previously used Mutant Po paired with Magical Power items.


[Unfair Trade]



1. Effect adjusted
Before: Decreases the nearby enemy heroes' Healing and Shield amount by 30%, and increases the ally hero's received all Health Recovery and Shield effect by 20%.
Now: Decreases the nearby enemy heroes' Healing and Shield amount by 30%, and increases the ally hero's received all Health Recovery and Shield effect by 15%.

Dev Comments
The synergy between certain heroes (Narbash and Maco) and the Unfair Trade has been found to be too effective, resulting in an efficiency that is too high for those heroes. As a result, the effects of the item will be adjusted.


[Blue Heart]



1. Effect adjusted
Before: Grants a Shield that blocks a single Skill Attack from an enemy hero. Increases the hero's Magical Power by 15% while the Shield lasts. (Cooldown: 50 sec).
Now: Grants a Shield that blocks a single Skill Attack from an enemy hero. Increases the hero's Magical Power by 20% while the Shield lasts. (Cooldown: 50 sec).

Dev Comments
The effect of the Magical Power increase is being adjusted to allow heroes who rely on long-range skills to make more efficient use of them. This change is expected to give certain heroes (GRIM.exe and Wraith) more strategic options in combat and increase their frequency of use.


[Archon Gospel]



1. Effect adjusted
Before: Increases Vamp by 5% for Magical Damage for 10 sec every time a skill deals Damage to an enemy. The Increase effect stacks up to 4 times.
Now: Increases Vamp by 4% for Magical Damage for 8 sec every time a skill deals Damage to an enemy. The Increase effect stacks up to 4 times.

Dev Comments
Archon Gospel is an item that increases survivability by providing Vamp proportional to Magical Damage. However, it causes excessive survivability when used by a certain hero (Shinbi). As a result, the amount of Vamp provided by this item will be adjusted to reduce the survivability of the heroes who purchase it.


Karma Balance Changes


[Purge]



1. Effect adjusted
Before: Removes all debuffs from the Hero, then becomes Unblockable for 2 sec. (Cooldown: 160 sec)
Now: Removes all debuffs from the Hero, then becomes Unblockable for 3 sec. (Cooldown: 160 sec)

Dev Comments
The usability of Purge Karma has decreased significantly since the introduction of passive items that can remove Crowd Control status. The duration of Purge Karma will be adjusted to encourage more thoughtful choices between these items and Purge Karma.


[Consolation]



1. Effect adjusted
Before: Increases the caster and nearby ally Heroes' Physical Power by 30% and Magical Power by 30% for 8 sec. (Cooldown: 180 sec)
Now: Increases the caster and nearby ally Heroes' Physical Power by 40% and Magical Power by 40% for 8 sec. (Cooldown: 180 sec)

Dev Comments
Currently, Consolation Karma is designed to increase damage in proportion to Power, making it a Karma that doesn't manifest its effects until the late game, even though it is weak in the early and mid-game. Its Power will be adjusted to make it an attractive Karma that allows Support to be more helpful to their allies in mid-to-late large-scale fights.


System Added/Improved

- When Riktor uses Deadly Chain Whip (RMB-Skill) to pull an enemy, it will not be blocked by heroes, T-ons, or the jungle.
- Added characters that were previously omitted from the font in certain languages.


Bug Fixes

- Fixed an issue where the order of heroes in the Heroes menu would sometimes be displayed in a different order than it should be.
- Fixed an issue where progression would stop at the Auto-Purchase activation stage in the tutorial step 2 while item recommendation is turned OFF.
- Fixed an issue where Steam achievement would incorrectly count consecutive wins.
- Fixed an issue where the game would crash intermittently when ending Quick Battle and Competitive matches, and when using the Training Grounds.
- A crash was discovered when changing the slot position of a purchased item in the tutorial step 2. This issue has been fixed by turning off the ability to change slot positions.
- Fixed an issue where Shinbi would gain Ultimate stacks from item effects when hitting an enemy while both the Ultimate and Shockwave Generator were ready.
