Update notes via Steam Community

SteamDB has updated the BBCode parser, report issues in Discord if some notes look very wrong compared to Steam community.

- Fixed a bug that prevented the players to obtain some steam achivements.
- There was a rifle in front of te stores that has been removed.
- Some framed badges could not be obtained correctly.
- Fixed a bug that sometimes caused you to not be able to interact with NPCs
