Misc:
-Added an option to remove blood and gore! You can find it in the Settings menu of both the Main Menu and the Pause Menu;
-Made new particle effects that appear when bullets hit flesh in the "no blood and gore" mode;
-Censored swear words, except for their first letter, so that only knowers will know;

Bug Fixes:
-Pursuit bounty being incorrectly shown in the display bar, when the wanted level is of 1 star;
-Pursuit music not starting if police pursuits end and then start again in less than a second;
-Pause Menu buttons not being highlighted reliably when hovering the mouse cursor on them;

Bugs Corrigidos:
-Pontuação de perseguição sendo mostrada incorretamente na barra de perseguição, quando o nível de procurado é de 1 estrela;
-Música de perseguição não começando se a perseguição policial terminar e recomeçar em menos de um segundo;
-Botões do menu de pausa nem sempre sendo destacados ao passar o cursor do mouse sobre eles;
