
Some features here for enjoyers of randomness especially. Also a light pass through the "crystal" items and slow addition of more specific lore in the item descriptions (want to continue this, now that space in the continent screen isn't a concern)
Hoping to "fill" the basic powers in the next few updates. Everything that gets added is liable to get reworked at some point anyway, as are many of the existing abilities -- the priority here is generation of crude material, stuff to play with, without too much unproductive agonizing on my part
- General
- made the death / victory poem gain text specific to your elemental affinities
- added a "random power" button, that learns a new power --- if known powers are full, randomly levels a known power up
- added a quiet sound for when Effects are applied, hopefully to make situations where tons are being applied and the game seems to be "frozen" more legible as a period of many actions
- added a "random" option to autolevel
Powers
- added Vineform, Life, transforms into a fire-vulnerable vine that summons Roots, heals allies and adds Hit to allied Plants on attack
- added Geistform, Ice, transforms you into an Orb-like form with no Hit, lets you activate game turn by standing still / heals / applies freeze to all enemies
- added Herja, Lightning, provides extra attacks and deals lightning damage in a path to the furthest enemy
- Star Cult reworked to apply meditate to a random ally on summon
- Master Entangle reworked, now only prevents damage from Entangle and retaliates against attackers with pierce damage based on Entangle stacks, gains stacks from being damaged
Other Changes
- Pyromaniac reworked, now also increases fire damage based on Inflame stacks
- shield block bonus can now occur if the shield is in the main-hand as well, but does not stack with two shields
- crow visage now deals 50 astral self-damage on enemy death
- Kairos Sash -> Kairos Skirt, +2 inflexible
- Crystal Helm, causes you to apply +1 Freeze / Meditate per point of Inflexibility
- Crystal Plating, on shrug off / block, per point of Inflexibility: deal 50 Ice damage to adjacent units
- Berserker prestige class now gives -2 Inflex
- Tugar now gains +100 hit on prayer, and heals 25% max life
Bugs
- Projective link should no longer create an infinite self-damage loop with Topheth
- typos etc, very grateful for several that were pointed out to me
