Update notes via Steam Community

SteamDB has updated the BBCode parser, report issues in Discord if some notes look very wrong compared to Steam community.

Custom levels are usable again:

* Custom levels with Classic's Destructor prefab no longer crash the game when viewed/loaded
* Custom level list will no longer fail to display all levels
* Custom level leaderboards are now work
