Greetings, wealthy business lords!

It's been a long time coming! After days and nights of scratching our heads in development, East Trade Tycoon version 2.0 is finally here with you!

Let's cut to the chase and report on the new version's updates!


Merchant system remake

  • Enriched merchant positions, 5 new positions (guard, guide, accountant, cook, artisan) will all have different gains and special effects.


  • The higher the value of goods transported by a caravan, the more powerful robbers will be attracted, and if the caravan does not have enough guards, it will attract robber attacks.
  • 13 new caravan props have been added. Caravan props have a powerful gain effect on the caravan.



New carrier system and loadout system

  • Carriers are categorized into 3 types: donkey carts, horse carts and oxen carts, horse carts focus on speed, oxen carts focus on load capacity, and donkey carts are more balanced, and can be combined according to different styles of business.


  • Loadouts provide the base item loadout, which will determine the cap on item purchases.

New buildings added to the city

  • Stagecoach menu has been added for buying, selling, repairing, and upgrading carriers


  • Added new inn menu for resting, recruiting, etc.



Added fatigue system

  • Moving around the large map increases fatigue, going to an inn to rest or resting at home reduces fatigue.


  • Having a chef in the caravan also reduces fatigue buildup.

New City Contribution System

  • Each city will have a separate contribution, mainly linked to the goods that can be purchased, there are goods that can be purchased with 0 contribution in each city, breaking the restriction of purchasing goods by title in the old version, and improving the freedom of goods purchase.


  • City Contributions can be earned by completing city quests, total historical purchases, random city events, and more.
  • Commodities are also no longer a fixed 4 commodities per city, the more advanced the city the greater the number of commodities.

Task system remake

  • The new quest system can generate city contribution value, and there are new "errand" type quests that do not require goods.
  • A new quest system can yield treasures and props for the new system.
  • New quest guide system, the quests you receive will now be displayed on the left edge of the main interface, making it easy to quickly understand the quests.



Character System Remake

  • Added many skill attributes, such as martial arts, cooking, and arithmetic.


  • Different positions require different attributes, and some of the random events will have different results depending on the attributes.

New character treasure system

  • Treasures can increase a character's skill attributes.


  • Treasures can be obtained by completing quests, treasure point exchanges, and other means.

Merchant System Remastered

  • The Merchant System has been changed to control the goods owned by the current city, control can be interpreted as the amount of market share, 100% control means that the goods in the city are under the control of your merchant, and will automatically generate commission income every month.


  • The control quota increases once a month by the value of the Merchant's control power.
  • Mastery is affected by factors such as the merchant's base mastery and mastery gain.

New Business Name Strategy System

  • Merchant strategy can accelerate the growth of our merchants or reduce the share of competitors, different strategies will bring different effects and impacts.



Added a new rival large map walking system

  • Rivals now appear on the big map, and they also buy and sell goods, affecting price fluctuations in local cities.


  • If you also want to buy a certain item and it happens to be bought out by a competitor, you won't be able to buy it, either. On the flip side, buying the item empty in a competitor's target city ahead of time can also make the competitor pounce.

New trade name research system

  • Merchant firms can accumulate research points after appointing a Maester, and can conduct merchant firm research after having research points.


  • Merchant Research can improve various attributes of the Merchant.

New City Aid System

  • Cities that have established a Merchant Company can be assisted, and you can spend a fixed amount of money each month to gain assistance progress.


  • Aid progress will provide a certain amount of city contribution based on the merchant's research level when it is full.

New Merger System for Commodities

  • This system allows you to view the national control quota of all commodities, and once the control quota exceeds 50%, you can use the merger instruments licensed by the court to merge the competitor's share of commodities at once, achieving the effect of rapid development of the merchant house.


  • Merger instruments are obtained by the Tribute function in Chang'an.

Added a new tribute system

  • Tribute to the Emperor can be performed in Chang'an, the tribute requirements change yearly and require high level goods.


  • 1 annexation instrument can be obtained for every 1 tribute mission completed.

Added a new waterway system

  • Some of the waterways allow for closer traveling, and the prerequisite for taking a waterway is having the Caravan Props Wooden Ship.


  • Wooden Boats belong to a kind of Merchant Props, and the method of obtaining them can be viewed in the Merchant Props interface in the game.

Added city exploration function

  • City Exploration allows you to obtain goods, money, and items that are essential for achieving certain special conditions.


  • All cities except Chang'an can be explored.

Added quick save feature

  • Quick saves can now be made in-game and will overwrite read archive files.



Add city browsing function
