Hello! I managed to get some stuff done right after the Sporeland update. Here is the summary :

Rusty Shovel

Rusty Shovel can now be crafted and has been reworked. Depending on the area, Rusty Shovel can dig up various random items.


New Forageables

Added Truffle, Hard Nut and Ghost Fungus.


Basic Recipes

Hidden before, the Crafting Furnace now has a visible list of basic items you can craft. I plan to add more items but for now you have these.


Reworked Affinity System

Overview of the rework. NPCs now :
  • Avoid entities that they have low affinity with.
  • Forbid entities they have low affinity with from entering the shop(if NPC is a shopkeeper).
  • Look for a guard to report to(theft or murder).
  • Initiate battle with the player if affinity is low.
  • Keep track of their affinity with units per appearance. So different entities, as long as they look the same will have the same affinity with a NPC.

There are details I did not mention about the affinity system but I'll leave them for you to discover.


Dungeon

Added a new area connected to the Town with a new Rat monster along with it. The Dungeon is where criminals are teleported when caught by guards.
