Update notes via Steam Community

SteamDB has updated the BBCode parser, report issues in Discord if some notes look very wrong compared to Steam community.

Fixed shared link activation: You can now only input the code to play the shared map
Fixed map replay validation. The replay was using the immortal mode, now the replay validation can fail.
Added adaptive performances for lower spec computer. It's automatic :)
