Update notes via Steam Community

SteamDB has updated the BBCode parser, report issues in Discord if some notes look very wrong compared to Steam community.

* Added day/night cycle
* Added more sounds to the dog
* Added stamina management for the dog (can't always run or walk without pause)

* Fixed a bug save files
* Fixed a bug with Steam Cloud (now your save is correctly stored in cloud)
