Update notes via Steam Community

SteamDB has updated the BBCode parser, report issues in Discord if some notes look very wrong compared to Steam community.

Included new item.
Included new NPCs.
Fixes in some scenarios and some reworks incoming.
Improved cat interaction.
Improved UI overall look and performance.
Included important feedback to the player when the camera is in fixed mode.
Included a developer console.

There is still a lot of work to do, all items are not complete and are still being implemented.
