Overview:
This update add the controller support, limit the migration by adding migration type. And add atmosphere cost for most oxygen generators.

Modified：
1. Endospore: can migrate to Sea.
2. Float Gemmation：can migrate to Sea.
3. Fruit Body: Remove +1 Heat，-1 Min Reproduce Range changed to +1 Max Reproduce Range.
4. Mitochondria: +2 Heat changed to +1 Heat.
5. Stoma: +5 Atmosphere changed to increase Atmosphere by 50%, increase Oxygen by 50%.
6. Woody Stems: Reproduce time increased 50% changed to increased 100%.
7. Strobilus: Reproduce time 1.0 ~ 1.6 turns changed to 0.8 ~ 1.8 turns.
8. Sporogony: Reproduce time 0.5 ~ 2.0 turns changed to 0.6 ~ 2.0 turns.
9. Triplet Gemmation: Reproduce time 2.1 ~ 3.6 turns changed to 2.0 ~ 3.4 turns.
10. Chlorophyll D: Add -1 Heat, -1 Atmosphere, weight was changed to 100, TP cost is increased to 5.
11. Foliage Leaf: Add -1 Atmosphere, +1 Oxygen changed to +2 Oxygen.
12. Pileus： Reproduce time changed from increased 100% to increased 90%.

1. Added Drifting/Flutter Sporogony, Removed Spread Sporogony: As we add migration type, we add to new mutate genes to replace the old one.
2. Wide Leaf/Ovoid Leaf/Rotundate Leaf.
