Hey everyone! This latest patch brings a few changes to the You Fall You Die mode (Permadeath), as well as a couple of new achievements for the particularly skilled climbers. There's also a few other updates which can be found at the bottom of this post.

Hardcore Free Solo Achievements

You Fall You Die Mode (Permadeath) has been reworked a little to exclude cabin encounters. You will still unlock tools as you progress normally.

• There are now 7 new hardcore achievements to unlock in You Fall You Die Mode for Category 3 and 4.
  These achievements can only be unlocked while using no ropes on these particular maps.
  
• Any used ropes on either of these peaks will disqualify you from getting it. You can restart the maps to try again if you used a rope.
  
• Bivouac on Solemn Tempest is allowed for this, but ropes are not.
  
• Ropes used before quitting out with the Bivouac on Solemn Tempest will count, so you can't cheese it.
  

Other Updates

• Detaching anchors should be a bit easier now. Detaching from ropes should be more consistent as well.
  
• Iceaxes are no longer allowed on Category 2 Boulders.
  
• Cromlech and Old Weald's Boulder have been tweaked slightly.
  

Bugfixes

• Fixed some issues with the Bivouac.
  
• Minor visual fixes on Ymir's Shadow.
