Hotfix v0.1.03.

Fixed an error that caused the game to not load after completing the first stages of the guide and reloading the game.

Enemies will not reduce Dwarf health in combat until this feature fully implemented.
Enemies will no longer spawn where there's tiles to mine. They will now find a random empty area to spawn in.
