Based on suggestions from the Discord and Steam community discussions:

You can now press Escape to immediately exit any conversation. This is both a nice hotkey but also will allow you to get unstuck if there is ever any glitch or lag during dialogue
Pressing E when inside buildings will allow you to exit them, just like SPACE does
Fixed teleporting starting campfire
