Update notes via Steam Community

SteamDB has updated the BBCode parser, report issues in Discord if some notes look very wrong compared to Steam community.

Fixes
- Fixed eating sound (also plays for other players)
- Fixed impact sound for glass, water, and metal
- Fixed blood effect on raptors
- Fixed meat not spawning after a number of dinos were killed
- Fixed entity de-spawn distance
- Fixed TRex AI
