BUG FIXES

. main menu high-score background scrolling was stopped after displaying high-scores
. in the main menu, when the music volume was at 0 and you reset to default, sound volumes were not updated
. Bullet cancel should not spawn an item if Smart bomb bullet cancelling setting is unchecked
. tentative steam deck crash fix
