This update adds the following...
1. Texture variations for the desert farms.
2. Some extra settlement layouts
3. Powerstation installation (low poly placeholder at the moment)
4. Weighting system for the installation placement allowing some installations to be rare e.g. power station while others are more common e.g. villages.
