SteamDB has updated the BBCode parser, report issues in Discord if some notes look very wrong compared to Steam community.

- sometimes electors where not assigned when changing presidential election system
- bug in job and university genereation for people
- many errors occuring while changing constitutional laws
- more reported bugs
