Added new animations for Dashing Ability
Removed millisecond timer.
Added an NPC to the Shop. Currently, it's the only NPC and will always be there. Though in future updates, the NPC will randomly show up, and there are more characters planned.
Added a temporary graphic to show the player how to interact with shop item boxes.
