Hey everyone!

This patch addresses another set of crashes that happened since the last patch.

Bug fixes:

* Fixed a crash when trying to move a terraforming site
* Fixed a crash that could occure when sending a diplomacy proposal
* Fixed a crash related to bots that could occure at any time or while loading a savegame
* Fixed a potential crash when joining a lobby
* FIxed multiple lobby related bugs that could occure in combination with bots
