Added achievements related to Realm 2

Fix frame drops when selecting Realms

When loading a background that is visible outside the window from the main menu, frame drop was reduced by making the window semi-transparent until the loading was finished.

bug fixes

The following bugs have been fixed.

• In the main menu, the yellow gate (New Game)'s LOD setting was wrong, so the texture didn't come out properly.
  
• Fixed a bug where language settings were initialized when opening and closing the settings window immediately.
  
• Fixed a bug where the sphere received more air resistance than intended when pressing the trigger after throwing the sphere to slow down time.
