- Adjust how difficulty effects radius of challenges
- Increase starting radius of drive challenge
- Add additional messages and popup when interacting with tutorial button on course selection screen
- Fix issue where bird was spawning without being displaced along course
- Fix issue where ambient sounds would continue playing on main menu
- Fix issue where the correct course music would sometimes not start until the second hole
