Hi, in this Update, we have concluded the Story of Chapter 2.
Along with the details of new Updates,
We would like to tell you our plan for the future.

JeDam is a Boss and NPC Specific Class,
and the only Class in the Game where all Characters have Unique Model and Statuses.



Countess Claudia Nordauge, "The Eyes of the Empire",
is the Head of Ordo Policia,
the Military Police that takes care of Enemies Within.

In addition to impressive Attacking Skills,

Her extended Vision Angle made it extremely difficult to make Flank Attacks against her.

Her extended Melee Range allow her to initiate Melee from behind other Squads.

Which made her extremely hard to deal with.

In previous Builds,
we have issues with Damage calculation,
where it is near impossible to defeat some Enemies without knowing their exact weaknesses.

New Formula is now used to ensure that a bare minimum Damage will went through.

To counter this change,
Parry and Dodge mechanic is now fixed,
to allow some chances of nullifying Damage.



Parry for Melee Attack,
Dodge for Shooting Attack,
These 2 Statuses will increase chances to nullify Damage.
When success, UI will show a Shield Icon instead of Damage Number.

If failed to nullify, they will still mitigate a small portion Damage as well.

In addition to affecting Critical chances,
Bravery and Instinct will also affect chances to nullify Damage as well.

But unlike Parry and Dodge,
they will not help mitigate Damage when failed.

This can be countered with Critical Damage,
which totally bypass the process.

||| PLANS FOR THE FUTURE |||

We have made changes in the Development Plan
to prioritize completing the Main Story as quickly as possible.

Since the Early Access release,
we have made Updates of 1-2 Episodes per Month.

But we found that
trying to finish an Episode at a time caused various disruptions in the workflow.

From this point on,
we will switch to a Chapter per Update instead.

A Chapter will contain ~4 Major Episodes,
which might take around ~ 4 Months.

Having 3 Chapters left to create,
it would take us around a Year until the Full Release.

Mini-Stories will be implemented in Side Chapters instead.

These Episodes will give insights on some Plot Holes in the Main Story.
And Players can choose to skip them if preferred.

In the initial Full Release, these Episodes will not be included.
But is planned to be available as Free Updates later on.

Currently,
Our Upgrade System used Coins to Upgrade Keywords within obtained Doctrines,
and use Keyword Stocks to upgrade individual Unit.

Doctrines can be obtained from Choices Selection.
While Keyword Stocks and Coins can be obtained depending on how you cleared the Stage.

Coins, Keyword Stock, Doctrine



Not only does it sound confusing,
the number of Keywords available made it extremely hard for us to balance out rewards.

To make things simpler for everyone,

In the next update,
Choices and how you clear the Stage will grant Doctrine only instead.

When Doctrine is obtained,
then it will automatically upgrade related Keywords,
and grant Global Bonuses to each Unit's Keyword LV.

This method will make it easier for Players to Upgrade,
as well as reducing workloads needed for a Full release.

Regarding Voice Acting

Due to subpar qualities made by AI Voice Synthesizer,
we have decided to wait until we have completed all Stories before hiring Voice Actors.

Instead of doing per Update,
We need to do this at the end to minimize Production Cost.
