We are thrilled to see that so many of you are enjoying Mega City Police: Prelude. We want to let you know that we are committed to improving the game and making it even better for you.

With that being said, here are the latest changes we've made to the game:

Fixes:
  • Fixed misalignment of weapon names in the weapon inspect window for the Korean language.
  • Adjusted the maximum mouse sensitivity and fixed incorrect display of the default starting value in the options.

Balance:
  • Reduced the damage caused to the player from being on fire.
  • Improved the drop chance bias towards specific ammo when the player is low on that ammo type, reducing RNG while carrying certain weapons.
  • Doubled the maximum stamina for every agent, allowing for more melees before running out of stamina.
  • Increased the radius of the player's melee by 4 pixels.

Balance (Casual mode only):
  • Picking up a dropped weapon or walking over it for the first time grants two magazines of its corresponding ammunition instead of one.
  • Improved the drop chance bias towards medkits when the player is low on health.
  • Ensured a health drop when killing the last miniboss of a level.

Aesthetics:
  • Adjusted the main menu background color to be more consistent with the purplish hue used throughout the game.
