- adjusted transfer decision logic for top players to make them hold out a little big longer to wait for more offers in some cases
- fixed text error on key dates page for May 1st date
- corrected wellness button text on budget selection screen
- fixed bug where you could hit the buttons to change a day while simming and therefore skip a day of games from being simulated
- fixed issue in MP leagues or universe mode leagues where budgeting was not being subtracted properly for human owned teams
