<UPDATE>
  • The AI has been improved to use Wait and Defense.
    However, we only use simple conditions for now, in case battles get too long.
    We'll tweak this further as we get more feedback.
  • Fixed a bug where the upgrade status view was displayed on the troop detail screen.
  • Fixed an issue where magic was duplicated on some encounters.
<BALANCE>
  • The cost of Massive Purification has been increased by 1.
  • Animate Dead cost increased by 1.
  • Sacrosanct cost reduced by 3, but duration reduced by 1.
  • Into the Dark cost reduced by 1, but the number of areas of effect has been reduced.
  • Cleric's Healing Aura effectiveness has been increased and changed to revive allies for an amount equal to the excess healing.
    Level 1: Increased from 8 to 12
    Level 2: Increased from 8 to 13
    Level 3: Increased from 9 to 15
  • Sniper maximum damage has been reduced, but health and armor have been slightly increased.
    Physical Armor: increased from 10 to 15
    Magic Defense: increased from 12 to 20
    Level 1: Max damage reduced from 95 to 86, health increased from 56 to 62
    Level 2: Maximum damage reduced from 104 to 94, health increased from 62 to 68
    Level 2: Maximum damage reduced from 114 to 103, health increased from 68 to 74
  • Forest Elf racial passive "Circle" effectiveness increased from 3% to 5%.
  • Combustion damage increased by nearly 20%.
  • The amount of troops replenished from each store and camp has been reduced by 25%.
  • The amount of troops that can be replenished from a wagon at once has been reduced by 60%.
  • Demolition talent effectiveness increased from 2/4/6% to 3/6/9%.
  • Premeditation talent effectiveness increased from 3/6/9% to 5/10/15%.
  • Leadership growth per leader rank increased from 40 to 50.
  • Enemy growth has been adjusted.
    They are now roughly 20% stronger as a simple average.
  • All income has been increased by approximately 20% on average.
  • Magic damage that scales with intelligence increased from 3% to 5%.
<NOTICE>
  • We tested the proposal to make enemy positions invisible during initial deployment, but surprisingly it had little effect on the difficulty of the game.
    Not being able to see the enemy's location caused us to deploy troops conservatively, which only delayed the start of the full-scale conflict and led to a sharp increase in combat fatigue.
    The source code remains, so I'll test it again later if I think of a way to make it better :)
  • We're currently making a number of balance adjustments to the game, but these updates are a mix of adjustments made for The World's Ceil update, so we haven't done a thorough calculation of what we're balancing.
