Update notes via Steam Community

SteamDB has updated the BBCode parser, report issues in Discord if some notes look very wrong compared to Steam community.

CardShark Update v0.22.2 Notes:

Bug Fixes:
- Enemies no longer attempt to cast burnt abilities
- Fixed a bug where some enemies were unable to cast their bottom left ability

Balances:
- Various enemy balances (Particularly on Floor 1)
