SteamDB has updated the BBCode parser, report issues in Discord if some notes look very wrong compared to Steam community.

We have confirmed that there were some issues with unlocking achievements in the previous version.
We fixed the bug in this update, so please download the new version.

Specifically, it is as follows.

There was a bug that achievements for clearing the game were not unlocked even if the game was cleared. I have resolved this.
There was a bug that the achievement was not unlocked even if all 12 boxes hidden in each stage were collected. I have resolved this.
This achievement is unlocked by completing the game with all 12 chests collected.
