Fixed automatic font size and line wrapping display issues for Chinese characters under 720P resolution.
Fixed the issue where skill tactics descriptions wouldn't update after upgrading.
Fixed the issue where the settlement skill tactics list details panel only reads level 1 parameters.
Fixed the issue where the 1931 weapon affix would also block friendly projectiles.
