*Camp Generator function restored and recharges suit as intended.
*Removed a bug causing collision boxes to remain after objects deleted.
*Removed a redundant update condition in the collision manager.
*Revised collision radius culling to account for 8x8 floor pieces.
*Revised collision manager to perform radius sweeps every 15 frames.
*Increased collision manager fast sweep radius to 10 units.
*Collision boxes are defined with a centroid style to simplify development.
Development Notice

*Updates can often reset inventory, available resources and base buildings.
*Consistent save system for player constructed bases is not yet implemented.
*No library will be used for collision and physics. Although collision is far from perfect, the recent revision to collision code has been a boon to development.
