Update notes via Steam Community

SteamDB has updated the BBCode parser, report issues in Discord if some notes look very wrong compared to Steam community.

First update for The Die Is Cast :

- English becomes the default language when the game is launched for the first time
- Survival dice are less frequent
- Inconsistencies in the story have been fixed
- The character sheet has been modified
- The problem of unlocking achievements has been fixed
