Added a number of features, including friendship system, hunger/thirst system, and
over 100 new items.
Quality of Life
- Changed the color scheme for the HUD and message boxes from green to transparent gray.
- Improved aesthetics and operation of the prologue pages.
- Upgraded coin icon when gold is found
- Improved message box and HUD frames.
- Changed the gold display to show zero, rather than blank, when you have no gold.
- Changed the treasure chests to display a picture or icon of the treasure, when available.
- Added dozens of pictures for items, weapons, and armor.
- Added an introduction to the chest, dresser, and journal features in Brendylynn's house the first time they are used.
Game Mechanics
- Renamed NPCs that had generic names.
- Added an escape option for battles with wolves in the Woods map.
- Added fog-of-war to the dungeons under the Guild Hall.
- Added lights to the dungeons under the Guild Hall.
- Added battle statistics for elemental rings.
- Changed sleep and nap functions to advance time to 6:00 am the next day.
New Systems
- Completely revised the day/night tinting system, to make outdoor lighting appropriate for the time of day.
- Added a hunger/thirst/stamina system.
- Added a friendship journal and display.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed broken interactions with NPCs in Market square.
- Fixed broken chests in Guild Hall basement.
- Fixed regions for wolves in the Woods map, so they can move around.
