Name tags are now hidden when a player is out of range for ghost ball

Introduced table cycling for player matches
Inputs are now more responsive, and balls can be moved with Space or Mouse Click

Fixed issue with Big Table Mode not functioning properly with the new power-up ball spawn process
Resolved balls sometimes appearing when toggled off
