UX Changes
- Main menu persists on the top
- Click anywhere to exit main menu
- Animate Sky is off by default. Turn it on in Edit-Environment. Saves with STG file

- Added Gray on White ground texture
- Ability to turn off environment effects to get 30-50%% more performance

Bug Fixes
- Accidentally able to delete Bay
- IPSC Stack with Noshoots now accurately report noshoot hits
