Update notes via Steam Community

SteamDB has updated the BBCode parser, report issues in Discord if some notes look very wrong compared to Steam community.

-WASD Camera movement
-Improved stone cold visibility
-Added an option for high cursor contrast visibility
-Fixed a bug where you would kill all mobs in a round and die right after
-Modified winchester RETREAT perk
-Added heals throughout the map
-You can now skip to any rank you have reached
