They are invulnerable and can pass through anything on the path they patrol.
Careful where you step!
As long as you aren't in their way they will leave you alone.
note: anti-toxic resistance does help deal with damage if you are hit by them.
note: The following locations are excempt from these spawning:
Bluehilltop Market, Airy Farm, Greyspiral Village, and Passage Ways.
