Terminus: Zombie Survivors update for 24 March 2023

Fixed a bug where zombies could overlap with cars when increasing the number of vehicles in Sandbox options.
Adjusted the number of Scrap Metals required for crafting: Wrench from 15 to 10, Screwdriver from 10 to 5, Frying Pan from 5 to 10.
Added the ability to change the hotkey for the Popup OK/Confirm button in the settings.
