Update notes via Steam Community

SteamDB has updated the BBCode parser, report issues in Discord if some notes look very wrong compared to Steam community.

-Fixed level restarting when you drop of from several locations
-Added invisible walls to Level 37 windows.(You cant suicide anymore)
-Fixed some door bugs in Level 4.
